Refund Policy

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind

As our t-shirts are made-to-order and customised, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, select the wrong size, or provide incorrect details.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos of the item to help assess the claim. If approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the ACL.

●Spiritual Warwear does NOT cover or reimburse the cost of return postage for any item refunded. 

●We will provide instructions for returning the item (if required). Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
